You will then be prompted to enter your email address associated with the account.
Enter the security code sent to your recovery number.
After submitting the code, you will receive a link via email to reset your password.
Please note that the security code will only be delivered to the US or Canada. However, the main account holder can email help@wiseagent.com with the password they want to update.
