Creating Monthly Newsletters

Wise Agent provides you with tons of quality marketing content right at your fingertips. One of the easiest ways to keep in touch with your clients on a regular basis is to take advantage of our monthly newsletters! The best part is it's already done for you in English and Spanish. We even offer one for a Canadian audience!

💡 On the 21st of each month, Wise Agent provides you with a newsletter for the following month, packed with valuable insights and updates, making it an easy and insightful marketing tool to keep your clients informed and engaged! The newsletter is fully editable and can be adjusted to suit your needs, area, and clientele. We provide newsletters for our Spanish-speaking and Canadian members as well.

How To Access The Newsletters:

  1. From the sidebar, click on Marketing and select Content Library.

  2. Click the +Create Content button, and select Create Letter/Email Content to load the email editor.

  3. Click the Stock Content button and select the Wise Agent Newsletters tab.

  1. Personalize your newsletter content or leave as-is, click the green Save button at bottom right corner of the editor when done.

  2. Click Close to access your Letter/Email Content in the Content Library.

  3. The newsletter will be saved as [Upcoming Month] Newsletter - for example April Newsletter

  1. Click the Envelope icon to select the contacts to receive your emailed newsletter. 

  2. Customize the email on the Email Contacts page by adding a subject, salutation, signature, and optional messages. You can also include stock or saved content, shared content, landing pages, properties, RSS feeds, or file attachments. Utilize advanced filters to select contacts.

  1. Once you are ready to proceed, you can then email your newsletter! You can find steps for sending emails HERE.

👤 Share the Monthly Newsletter via Facebook:

Once you've saved your monthly Newsletter to your Content Library, click on the link icon next to the newsletter name:

The link will open the Newsletter in another window. From the address bar, copy the URL (web address) for the Newsletter.

Next, log into Facebook and create a new post, paste the newsletter URL into your status update on Facebook.

Overall, newsletters are an excellent tool for a real estate agent. They provide an effective and cost-efficient way to build relationships with potential and current customers, showcase your expertise, and help you stay top of mind for future transactions.
