MyStateMLS: How to Add Your Office

If your office is not listed under the MyStateMLS provider section on the Integrations page, please follow the instructions below to request access

If you do not see your office listed under the MyStateMLS providers section on the Integrations page in your Wise Agent dashboard please reach out to MLS@wiseagent.com with the following information: 

Firm Name: [Your Firm Name] [Agent MLS ID]
Name of Broker Owner or Officer: [Broker/Owner or Office Name]
MLS Office ID: [Unique MLS Office ID number for OFFICE]

Contact for Notices and Operations Matters (If different from Broker/Owner)

Name: [Name of Contact for Notices and Operations Matters]
Phone: [Phone Number for the Contact for Notices and Operations Matters]
Email: [Email Address for the Contact for Notices and Operations Matters]
Mailing Address: [Address for the Contact for Notices and Operations Matters]

Once this information has been received by our MLS team you will be sent an IDX License Agreement for MyStateMLS to access your IDX Data Feed via DocuSign. This agreement must be fully executed by the broker/owner of the firm, Wise Agent CRM, and MyStateMLS. Upon completion, our MLS team will add your MLS office access to your account and email you with an update. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days to process your request.
