How Contacts Can Unsubscribe/Subscribe to SMS Text Messages

In adherence to TCR and A2P 10DLC regulations consumers have the option to subscribe to receive SMS text messages and unsubscribe from unwanted SMS text messages. Learn how your contacts can unsubscribe/subscribe to receive SMS communication.

If your contacts want to stop receiving text messages from you they can do so by sending a reply to any of your one-off, automated, or bulk text messages. At any time a contact can use the following keywords to unsubscribe from SMS communication sent by your Wise Agent CRM: 

  • STOP

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • STOPALL

  • CANCEL

  • END

  • QUIT

If a contact wants to subscribe or did not mean to unsubscribe or wishes to re-subscribe to SMS communication for any reason they can do so by sending any of the following phrases: 

  • START

  • UNSTOP

  • YES
