When a contact is added to the category BOUNCED, the email you sent to this particular contact made several attempts to deliver the message, and the end result was unsuccessful. This happens when Wise Agent checks the validity of the email address. This occurs most of the time due to a typo in the email address.
If the contact is added to a category UNSUBSCRIBED, this individual has requested to be removed from any further correspondence. Every email you send through Wise Agent has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom part of the email that recipients can click on if they no longer want to receive emails from you.
If you attempt to send a message to an email address that does not exist or is no longer valid, the contact will be added to the category INVALID. This may result from a typo, so the suggested action is to first check the spelling of the email address.
