How to activate: Activation will start on our integration settings page and a dropdown. Once activated, they will be able to access this by going to the Contact Summary page and selecting Forms Simplicity from the Integration Actions dropdown.
From your Wise Agent account click on the Integrations from the sidemenu bar
Next click on the "Settings" option.
This will then bring you to the main Integrations Page.
On the left-hand side, you will see the option to connect "Form Simplicity" towards the bottom.
Click on the green "Activate" button. You will then be prompted to enter your Form Simplicity login information. Then click "Activate"
Once completed you should then be redirected to your Form Simplicity portal.
