What is Phone Burner

You can activate your call session from your Wise Agent Call List, or directly from the Contact Summary page.

When using the phone burner it will automatically put a note in each client’s contact notes that a PhoneBurner call was made and that you either spoke with the client or that you left a voicemail.

Steps on ways to use the phone burner:

  1. From the sidebar, select Contacts > Contact list, select your client, from the contact summary page start your call session, by clicking on the blue phone icon 

  2. On the main Home page, from the sidebar, click Dashboard > Call List > "See full call list" and start your call!
