Contact List:

In your Wise Agent account, your "Contact List" is your "master database" for all your contacts.

Vendor List:

In addition to your standard "Contact List," we provide a separate "Vendor Contact List," which has a separate import function from your "Contact List."

You are able to manage all your contacts on your "Contact List." However, if you want to utilize the "Vendor Contact List" option in addition to or replace your "Contact List," we can assist you with uploading and/or transferring your contacts to your "Vendor List."

NOTE: Your "Contact List" provides greater functionality than the "Vendor List." If you want to assign your vendor contacts to multiple categories or contacts, we suggest keeping them in your "Contact List."
