For those who “sign up” for Wise Agent, you can enter a personalized API key into the RC. The API key is provided by the Wise Agent platform to their users. Doing so will allow new & updated leads/contacts to flow to the Wise Agent platform. In other words, when a new contact is created or updated in the RC, it will create a contact in the Wise Agent system. If the contact already exists in the Wise Agent system, it will update the “date last contacted” field. Also, the source of all leads will be EXIT Corp.
