Website Visitor Leads - INITIAL INTENT DISCOVERY CAMPAIGN:

This campaign is for Wise Agent Leads that were identified through website behavior but did not complete a form submission. Since intent is unknown, the sequence uses neutral, value-first outreach to spark conversation and determine whether the lead is a buyer, seller, relocation prospect, or early-stage researcher.

Objective:

Confirm intent within 10-14 days and move the lead into the appropriate next-stage campaign.

⚠️ Important Rule:

Remove the lead from this campaign as soon as:

  • The lead responds

  • Intent is clarified

  • An appointment is set.

This campaign exists to identify intent. Once intent is known, move the lead into the appropriate Buyer, Seller, or Long-Term Nurture campaign.

Event 1: Discovery Call Attempt - Phone Call
