How To Add Multiple Contacts To A Category

Categories within your CRM will allow you to segment and search the audience that you are marketing to, and therefore increase your engagement. Follow the steps below to mass-move your contacts into a created category within your Wise Agent CRM!

  1. From the sidebar, select Contacts Contact List.

  2. From your contact list, select the checkboxes next to the contacts you wish to categorize.

  3. Once selected, a pop-up box will appear, and select the Category icon.

4. Once selected, locate and click on the Add to Category option.

5. Select your desired category and click Save.
